Make MP3s out of your Music CDs
Now you might be wondering what this has to do with making ebooks. Well, nothing actually.
I was fooling around with a new software program I was testing out called Etima’s SWF & FLV Toolbox 3.5. Well I didn’t buy it even though it’s excellent because I realized I already had a program that would do the same thing — make my SWF Tutorials into an .avi file which I could then pull into Serif’s Movie Plus 5 to convert into a .mov file.
Yes I know YouTube will accept .avi files but it was not a good choice when I watched the playback. I do like to play and find out different ways to market. Well Video is a good way to market so I plan to take small samples of my ebook tutorials and convert them to play on a number of video sites.
Will this increase my visitors — won’t know until I try but at least I can put videos on my site and not have to worry about how much bandwidth is being used. So here is my experiment. It’s a tutorial for Audiograbber which let’s you make MP3s from your Music CDs. Yes the program is free.
My original Flash file is much clearer but this does give you the general idea:
Is there a point to this post? Yes — Have fun making Videos!
