Cruise to Alaska — What fun!

On July 20th, I set sail from Seattle to Alaska on Holland’s Westerdam.  It was my first cruise and I was totally impressed with the ship and it’s crew.

I ate New York Steak almost every night and it was so tender, it almost melted in my mouth.  There is food service 24/7, two swimming pools and tons of stuff to do for Adults.

Was I thrilled with Alaska?  Not so much.  Why?

Because I live in Washington State and I’ve seen this scenery of mountains and trees my whole life.    Although for anyone not used to this type of scenery, it might make you want to live there.

Especially loved Juneau because it must be the diamond capitol of the world.  And, I do love Diamonds!!!  Bought myself a blue diamond ring in Ketchican so I would always remember my trip (yeah right, I bought it because I couldn’t resist how great the ring looked on my finger and I bargained it down to a great price!)

I must say one of the Glaciers was awesome as you can see below:

If you get the chance, you really should consider taking a cruise!

The beauty of having a business on the Internet, you can take off anytime you want.
